Delivery time	All orders will be shipped within 24 hours upon receiving payment.
Shipping location	(Domestic) Within US. APO and PO Box are ok. (International) add $9.95 additional international handling fee.

Return / Exchange Policy

Order cancellation	Order cancellation must be done before the item is shipped out, a $9.99 cancellation fee will be applied.
Return of incompatible or cancelled products	Customers are responsible for product compatibility. We accept returns within the 15-day warranty. The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost plus 25% restocking fee.
